Return and Refund Policy

Due to the handcrafted and personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with the following information:

• Order number
   
• Photo(s) of the product and packaging
   
• A description of the issue
   

After reviewing your request, we may, at our discretion:

• Replace the damaged/defective item, or
   
• Issue store credit for the purchase price of the affected item
   

We do not guarantee replacements or credits for reports made after the 7-day period.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Pure Essence Aromatics is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft once an order has been shipped and confirmed delivered by the carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for claims.
